Tumbletown
Privacy Policy
Effective November 7, 2026
Tumbletown keeps game progress on your device. Optional purchases use your app store and RevenueCat. Optional iPhone recovery uses your own iCloud account. The iOS app sends limited crash and error reports to Sentry to help us fix problems. Advertising is currently disabled. You do not need a Tumbletown account to play.
Who we are
Tumbletown is provided by Kizuna Collective LLC, which also publishes apps as Studio Laie (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Tumbletown app and support correspondence about it. For privacy questions or requests, email support@kizunacollective.co.
Tumbletown is a general-audience game intended for players aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13. Features and platform services can differ between iOS and Android.
Game progress stored on your device
The app stores model selections, progress, results, settings, tutorial state and purchase-ownership records on your device. Preserved saves can also contain a generated nickname, preset avatar or background, optional country flag, coin balances, inventories and historical purchase or reward records. These records let us keep your progress, recognize ownership and avoid duplicate grants. A country flag is selected voluntarily; it is not obtained from GPS. Older saves may retain profile fields from earlier versions.
There is no custom Tumbletown account, public chat or live public leaderboard. Any sample opponents in preserved game screens are generated locally. The app does not request access to your contacts, precise device location, camera or microphone, or ask you to upload a personal photo. We do not operate gameplay analytics that track which models you play or how you use your tools. Purchases and technical error reporting involve separate processing described below.
Optional iCloud progress recovery
On iPhone, you can choose to compare, save or recover a whole saved-game snapshot using the app’s own iCloud Documents container in your Apple account. This uses iCloud directly and does not require Game Center. A snapshot includes game progress and the purchase, reward and historical profile records present in the save. Local account-change markers are used to recognize an iCloud account change; they are not included in the uploaded snapshot.
Recovery is user-initiated, rather than continuous automatic synchronization. When copies differ, you choose one complete save; balances, inventory and results from different saves are not combined. The app can preserve other copies locally for recovery. Check the in-app verification status before relying on a cloud copy. Availability depends on your account, device settings, connection and successful saving.
Android cloud recovery and automatic progress transfer between iPhone and Android are currently unavailable. Your operating system may also back up app data according to your device settings. Apple and Google handle their account and backup services under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your iCloud password or operate a server that stores your full game save.
Purchases
Tumbletown offers optional permanent purchases, including Full Model Collection, Power Pack and Complete Pack. Apple App Store or Google Play handles payment in supported builds. RevenueCat helps validate purchase records and recognize ownership. These services process product identifiers, store transaction history, purchase status, a randomly generated anonymous app-user identifier, and app, device and network information needed to deliver purchases, restore ownership and prevent fraud.
We do not send your game nickname, avatar or full game save to RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The iOS purchase integration disables optional RevenueCat diagnostics and automatic advertising-identifier collection. An anonymous purchase identifier still allows purchase records to be associated with the same app installation; it does not mean that no information is processed.
Restoring eligible permanent purchases is separate from recovering progress, coins or previously used consumable items. Store and purchase-validation providers retain records under their own policies and legal obligations, including for refunds and fraud prevention. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy, Apple’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Crash and error reporting
The iOS app uses Sentry to receive limited technical reports about crashes, hangs and application errors so we can diagnose failures and improve reliability. Reports can include the event time, app version and build, error category, approved code-file references and stack locations, binary identifiers and memory addresses needed to locate the fault, operating-system or runtime version, and processor architecture. A report may be stored on the device before it can be sent, including after restarting the app. Sentry’s receiving service necessarily processes network information such as the connecting IP address.
The app filters outgoing reports to exclude player profiles, full saves, purchase receipts, contact details, arbitrary error-message text, screenshots, screen recordings, view hierarchies, interaction histories and log attachments. It does not attach a player or installation identifier to these reports. Session replay, performance tracing, profiling and gameplay analytics are disabled. These measures reduce the information sent; they do not mean that crash reporting makes no network request or processes no technical information.
Crash reporting is distinct from Apple or Google platform diagnostics and their device-level sharing settings. The current app has no separate in-app crash-reporting switch. We use reports for troubleshooting and retain them only as needed for that purpose, subject to the diagnostic service’s retention settings and applicable obligations. For questions or a request concerning a report, contact us with the approximate time and app version; please do not send your full save or unnecessary personal information. See Sentry’s privacy policy.
Advertising
Advertising is currently disabled. The player interface does not serve live rewarded videos, banners or automatic ads. The presence of advertising libraries or historical reward records does not mean that commercial ads are being requested.
If we enable advertising or materially different data collection in a future release, we will first update this policy with the actual providers, information processed, purposes and choices, and obtain consent or platform permission where required. A future plan or an updated policy alone does not replace required consent.
Support and website visits
Contact Us opens your email app. No email is sent until you send it. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use them to respond, investigate problems, handle purchase questions and process privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, full payment details or unnecessary information about a child.
Our email provider processes correspondence to deliver and store it. Visiting our legal pages also involves ordinary website requests, including your IP address and browser information, processed by the website host. External pages have their own privacy practices. Reading a legal page requires an internet connection.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information with service providers as needed for the purposes described here, and may disclose relevant information to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or carry out a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.
Retention, deletion and security
Local saves and backup copies remain until replaced or removed. Removing the app, clearing app data or changing devices can remove local progress, but may leave iCloud copies, operating-system backups and purchase-provider records. Manage cloud and backup copies through your platform settings. The app has no single control that deletes every local, cloud and provider record. We cannot remotely read or erase a save held only on your device or independently erase your Apple or Google account records.
We keep support correspondence as long as needed to resolve your request, handle follow-up questions and meet legal obligations. You can request earlier deletion by email. Service providers can retain purchase and technical records under their applicable service settings, policies and legal requirements. Deleting the app does not automatically delete all such records. Contact us for assistance with a request; we may need a relevant transaction or anonymous purchase identifier to locate purchase records.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including platform storage protections and filtering of technical reports. No storage, backup or transmission method is completely secure, and recovery of lost progress cannot be guaranteed.
Your choices and regional rights
You can play without enabling optional iCloud recovery or buying a pack. Device-only data is controlled through your device’s app-data and backup settings. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact support@kizunacollective.co. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where relevant, use an authorized agent, or complain to a privacy regulator. We respond as required by applicable law and do not penalize you for exercising protected rights.
Where a legal basis is required, Kizuna Collective LLC processes information to provide requested purchases and support, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as reliability, security and fraud prevention where permitted. We rely on consent where required. We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information there and in other countries. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards must apply to international transfers.
Children and parents
Tumbletown is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Playing does not require a real name, email address or personal photo. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required. Parents or guardians can ask about, review or request deletion of information we hold about their child, subject to proportionate verification.
Parents should supervise purchases, support messages and platform accounts using device and app-store parental controls. An action confirmation or arithmetic check, where present, is not age verification or verifiable parental consent to online collection. Please contact support on a child’s behalf without sending unnecessary personal information.
Updates and contact
We will revise the effective date when this policy changes and give notice of material changes as required. We will obtain any required consent before new collection begins.
