Getting help

Email us with your device model, operating-system version, app version and the model or puzzle name. Tell us what happened and what you tried. For purchase questions, include the product name and relevant store order reference. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information.

Models and puzzles

Start with 40 free models, 10 in each section. Towers, Mosaics and Scenes use Free Play rules: unlimited shots and no completion gate. Materials puzzles finish when 90% of the original model volume has been destroyed or moved entirely outside its starting area and the remaining motion settles.

Purchases and restoration

Full Model Collection unlocks the 119 additional current models. Power Pack permanently unlocks six unlimited powers. Complete Pack includes both. Availability and localized prices appear in the app before checkout; there are no subscriptions.

Use Restore Purchases with the store account used to buy an eligible permanent pack. Restoring ownership is separate from recovering game progress. Apple and Google handle payments and refund requests under their store processes and applicable law. Contact us if a verified purchase is missing.

Saved progress and iCloud

Model records, puzzle results and preferences save on your device. On iPhone, use Settings → Compare cloud saves when available to review local and iCloud progress, choose a complete save and verify the cloud copy. Saves are not merged, and recovery is not continuous automatic synchronization.

Keep the app installed and preserve its data while troubleshooting. Deleting app data or reinstalling can remove local progress. Check the verified cloud-save status before changing devices. Android cloud recovery and automatic iPhone-to-Android progress transfer are not currently available.
