Purchases & refunds
Unlocking the full collection is a single one-time purchase, not a subscription. To get it back on a new device or after reinstalling, open Settings in The Toy Shelf and tap Restore purchase, signed in to the same Apple or Google account.
Payments and refunds are handled by the store you bought from. For refunds, use Apple’s Report a Problem or Google Play’s refund request. If you get stuck, email us and we’ll help.
