Legal & support

The Toy Shelf: Games and Puzzles is a collection of games, puzzles and interactive toys, made by Kizuna Collective LLC. It has no accounts and no sign-up. Ads aren’t live yet, and new Remove Ads purchases are paused. Until then, enjoy all games free! Free play needs an internet connection; verified existing lifetime owners can play offline. The documents below explain the details.

Purchases & refunds

Every game is already available without a purchase. New Remove Ads purchases are paused while ads are not live. Existing lifetime purchases, including the earlier full unlock, remain honored. To restore an eligible purchase after reinstalling or on another device, open Settings and tap Restore purchase, signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account. Restoration may need an internet connection. Purchases do not automatically transfer between Apple and Google stores.

Payments and refunds are handled by the store you bought from. For refunds, use Apple’s Report a Problem or Google Play’s refund request. If you get stuck, email us and we’ll help.
