About these terms

These terms apply to your use of Roll Out: Toilet Paper Wrap, published by Kizuna Collective LLC, also known as Studio Laie (“we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, a parent or guardian must review them and permit your use.

Playing the game

You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms, applicable law and the rules of the store where you obtained it. You may not redistribute or sell the app or its assets without permission, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully. These restrictions do not limit rights granted by law or by the separate licenses of included open-source components.

The app, artwork and other content belong to us or their respective owners. You receive permission to use the app, rather than ownership of its content. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

Preferences and saved data

Updated preferences-only builds store language and tutorial choices, which can use iCloud on iOS or platform device backup on Android. They do not record or sync game scores. There is no Roll Out login or transfer between iOS and Android. Clear removes current paper and keeps preferences. Current paper layouts are not backed up. Earlier versions may retain local score data; the updated preferences-only build does not update or back it up. Deleting app data, clearing browser storage, changing devices or uninstalling can remove local data. Backup and restoration depend on platform accounts/settings and are not guaranteed. Restore purchases is separate from preferences backup.

Ads and purchases

Commercial advertising is not enabled in the current normal player configuration. Sample-ad previews are internal development tools, not advertiser offers or player purchase confirmations. All included models remain available without a separate model unlock.

The classic white roll and all included models are available without a purchase. Optional one-time purchases unlock additional paper styles in Color & Shine, Holiday Pack and Mischief Pack. Complete Collection includes all three current paper packs. The app and store show the product, contents and localized price before confirmation. Opening a product page is not a purchase. Store purchases and eligible restoration require the applicable services and store account. Some pre-release or browser previews may not support checkout.

Payments, refunds and store records are handled through the store used for purchase, subject to its terms and applicable consumer rights. Supported permanent ownership can be restored using the same store account; an iOS purchase does not automatically transfer to Android or the reverse. These terms do not authorize charges for unavailable or future products.

Availability and changes

We may update the app, its models or features. We aim to keep it working, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or that every error will be corrected. Keep your device and the app updated. We may end distribution or support, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

Disclaimers and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or takes away remedies available under applicable law. Your rights under local consumer law and the applicable app-store terms continue to apply.

Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains preferences, platform backup, enabled purchase services and support correspondence. Both documents are available in the app's settings. For questions about the app or these terms, contact support@kizunacollective.co.

Changes to these terms

We will update the effective date when these terms change and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes apply going forward, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree with updated terms, stop using the app.
