Roll Out

Privacy Policy

Effective November 3, 2026

Updated Roll Out builds save preferences rather than game scores. Preferences can use platform backup. Optional one-time paper purchases use the app store and RevenueCat. Commercial ads and production gameplay analytics/crash reporting are not enabled in the normal player configuration.

Who we are

Roll Out: Toilet Paper Wrap is made by Kizuna Collective LLC, which also publishes apps as Studio Laie (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Roll Out app and support correspondence about it. Contact us at support@kizunacollective.co.

Data stored on your device

Updated preferences-only builds store your language choice and whether you want to see the tutorial. We do not create a score history or leaderboard, record scores, or sync scores in these builds. Paper layouts and temporary gameplay calculations stay in memory and start fresh each session. Earlier versions may have left local score data on the device; the preferences-only version does not update it or include it in current preferences backups.

The app bundles its models and game files and does not send paper layouts to our servers. There is no Roll Out login, chat or public profile. It does not request contacts, photos, precise device location, camera or microphone. Separate platform and enabled purchase services can process the information described below.

Platform preferences backup

iOS can store language and tutorial preferences in Apple iCloud key-value storage to share them between Apple devices using the same iCloud account. Android includes the preferences file in operating-system device backup and transfer. Availability, timing and restoration depend on the platform account, settings and service. Preferences do not transfer between iOS and Android. Scores, current paper layouts, purchase receipts and purchase-unlock flags are not included in this preferences file. Purchase services may keep their own ownership cache separately.

Purchase support and network services

Roll Out offers optional one-time paper-pack purchases. Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment, and RevenueCat helps validate and restore eligible ownership and provides purchase analytics. Available products and localized prices are shown in the app and store before confirmation. Some pre-release or browser previews may not support checkout.

The native purchase integration can contact RevenueCat to load products or check ownership even when no transaction is completed. Purchase services can process product identifiers, transaction history and purchase status where applicable, a randomly generated app-user identifier, and related device/network information needed to operate the service, prevent fraud and maintain purchase records. A random identifier is not the same as collecting no data. We do not receive payment-card details. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and the privacy information for Apple or Google. Purchase and restore operations require the relevant services. Restoring purchases is separate from preferences backup.

Advertising and diagnostics

Commercial advertising is not enabled in the current normal player configuration. Internal sample-ad previews are development tools, not commercial ads, and do not contact an advertiser or ad network.

Production gameplay analytics and developer-operated crash reporting are disabled. SDK code may be included while reporting remains disabled. Internal synthetic diagnostics tests are separate from production player reporting. The operating system or app store may process its own diagnostics under its policies and your settings.

Before commercial advertising or materially different production reporting is enabled, we will identify the actual providers, describe their data practices and provide the disclosures, privacy controls and permissions that apply. This statement does not enable those services or treat a legal-policy update as consent to new collection.

Support correspondence

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer your request, investigate issues and handle privacy inquiries. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information.

Our email provider processes correspondence to deliver and store it. We may disclose relevant correspondence when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or during a business transfer with applicable privacy protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Retention and deletion

Local preferences remain until app data is removed. Clear removes current paper and keeps preferences. Use platform app-data controls to remove local data; browser players can clear this site's storage. iCloud and device backups may retain or restore copies, so manage those copies through platform settings. Earlier app data may remain until cleared, but is not updated or included in the preferences-only backup. We cannot remotely delete data stored only on a device or platform account.

Store and purchase-validation providers retain records under their policies and legal requirements, including to recognize ownership, handle refunds and prevent fraud. Deleting the app does not automatically delete those provider records. Contact support for help with a privacy request; a relevant purchase or anonymous app-user identifier may be needed to locate records.

We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. You can request access to or deletion of correspondence by emailing support@kizunacollective.co. We may retain information needed for legal obligations or claims and will explain any applicable limits.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent where relevant; or complain to a privacy authority. Email us to exercise these rights. We will respond as required by applicable law without penalizing you for exercising protected rights.

Where a legal basis is required, we process support correspondence to respond to your request, for our legitimate interest in providing support, and to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to this information. Correspondence may be processed in the United States and in locations used by our email provider, with safeguards required by applicable law.

Children and parents

The current app does not ask players to submit personal information and has no chat or public profiles. Parents or guardians can contact us about information they or a child have sent to support, including access or deletion requests. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing information. Children should ask a parent or guardian before contacting support.

Updates and contact

We will update this policy when our practices change. If a future version adds advertising or materially changes online services, we will describe the actual data practices before enabling them and obtain consent where required. Updating this policy alone does not authorize new collection requiring consent.
