Astro to the Moon

Privacy Policy

Effective November 4, 2026 • Ad-free app; optional purchases managed with RevenueCat

At a glance: Astro to the Moon saves progress and preferences on your device. Optional one-time character and location purchases, where offered, are processed through Apple or Google and managed with RevenueCat. The standard player app has no player accounts, live advertising, gameplay analytics or active third-party crash reporting. Advertising and diagnostics components are bundled but disabled. Your operating system may back up app data according to its settings.

Who we are

Astro to the Moon is a physics puzzle game made by Kizuna Collective LLC, which also publishes apps as Studio Laie (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the iOS and Android app and support correspondence about it. Contact us at support@kizunacollective.co.

Information stored on your device

The game uses local app storage to remember:

The app also keeps a local backup snapshot of these player records. These records support progression and your chosen settings; they are not uploaded to our servers. Purchase ownership is checked separately with the platform store and RevenueCat, and a progress backup cannot grant purchases. A tower in progress stays in memory and is not restored after closing the game.

The game has no player account, public profile, chat, online leaderboard or game-operated cloud-sync service. Game files are bundled for offline play. Store prices, purchases and purchase restoration require access to your platform store and may require an internet connection. The game does not request access to your contacts, photos, precise location, camera or microphone.

Advertising and diagnostics

The standard player app does not show live ads or provide sample-ad settings. It includes SuperAwesome's AwesomeAds advertising SDK and Sentry diagnostics components, but those components are disabled in this release. They are not initialized to serve ads, track gameplay or send crash reports in the standard player app.

Before enabling live advertising, analytics or diagnostics in a future release, we will review the actual provider and data practices and update this policy and the store disclosures. The updates will describe the information processed, its purposes and sharing practices, retention and deletion details, and available privacy choices. We will provide notices and obtain consent where required. A change to this policy alone does not authorize collection that requires consent.

Support correspondence

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments you choose to send. The app can copy game details locally for troubleshooting; copying does not send them to us. We receive them only if you include them in a message.

We use correspondence to answer requests, investigate problems and handle privacy inquiries. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information. Our email provider processes correspondence to deliver and store it. We may disclose relevant information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or in a business transfer with applicable privacy protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

App stores, purchases, backups and this website

Optional character and location purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Those stores process payment and store-account information under their own policies. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The app uses product and transaction information to verify ownership, unlock purchased content and restore eligible purchases. Apple and Google may provide us with transaction records and financial reports through their developer programs; we use them to provide purchased content, resolve support requests and meet accounting and legal obligations.

RevenueCat purchase management

We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, deliver and restore paid content, handle purchase-status changes, prevent purchase fraud and understand sales. RevenueCat processes app-specific purchase history, product and transaction identifiers, Apple receipts or Google purchase tokens, a randomly generated anonymous app-user identifier, and technical information such as app and SDK version, device type, operating system, locale and currency. Its service also records when the purchase customer was first and last seen. This purchase information is transmitted using encryption.

We do not send RevenueCat your level progress, towers, three-location selections, name, email address or advertising identifiers. We use anonymous RevenueCat identifiers rather than a player login. Automatic advertising-identifier collection and optional SDK diagnostics are disabled, and no advertising or external analytics integrations are configured for this app. RevenueCat processes this information as our purchase-management service provider; we do not use it for cross-app advertising tracking. Read RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

Progress, settings and three-location choices may be included in iCloud Backup or Android device backup according to your operating system and settings. The game has no account-based or continuous cloud-sync service of its own. Eligible purchases restore through the same platform store account. Recovering progress and previously chosen three-pack locations depends on your device data or device backup; restoring purchase ownership alone does not recover those choices.

Apple, Google and your operating system may separately process downloads, platform diagnostics and device backups under their own policies and your settings. When you open our website or legal pages, your browser connects to the website host and external font providers, which can receive ordinary web-request information such as your IP address and browser details. Opening an external support service is also a separate network activity. The game's offline behavior does not mean a website visit makes no network requests.

Retention and deletion

Local progress and preferences remain on your device until the app's data is removed. Resetting a level starts a fresh attempt and keeps your saved moon progress. To remove saved app data, use your platform's app-data controls or delete the app. Browser players can clear the game's site storage. Device backups may retain copies according to your platform's settings. We cannot recover or remotely delete records stored only on your device. Removing local app data does not itself cancel a store purchase; eligible ownership can be restored through the same platform store account.

Purchase-management records are retained by the stores and RevenueCat as needed to deliver and restore purchases, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of purchase information processed on our behalf. We may need your store order or transaction identifier, if available, to locate the relevant purchase record. Deleting purchase-management data may affect purchase restoration; the stores retain their own records under their policies.

We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@kizunacollective.co. We may retain information needed for legal obligations or claims and will explain applicable limits.

Children and parents

The game is intended for a general audience, including younger players. The game has no player accounts, chat or public profiles and does not ask players for names, email addresses or other contact information. Purchase data is processed as described above. Optional purchases use the platform store's checkout and purchase-approval controls. Children should ask a parent or guardian before purchasing or contacting support. Parents or guardians can contact us about information they or a child have sent to support, including requests to review or delete it. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing information.

Before introducing live advertising or new types of online collection, we will review the actual data practices for younger players, apply age-appropriate and child-directed advertising settings where required by COPPA and applicable platform rules, and provide parental notice and obtain verifiable parental consent where required. No live ads are shown in the standard player app covered by this policy.

Your choices and rights

You can change the language, character and location in the app, restore purchases through your platform store account, and remove local data using your device's controls. Your platform store controls purchase approval and payment settings. Device backups may retain copies according to your platform's settings. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent where relevant; or complain to a privacy authority. Email us to exercise these rights. We will respond as required by applicable law without penalizing you for exercising protected rights.

Where a legal basis is required, we process purchase information to perform the purchase contract, for our legitimate interests in validating purchases, preventing fraud and understanding sales, and to meet legal obligations. RevenueCat and its service infrastructure may process purchase information in the United States and other locations under applicable data-protection safeguards. We process support correspondence to respond to your request, for our legitimate interest in providing support, and to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information. Correspondence may be processed in the United States and in locations used by our email provider, with safeguards required by applicable law.

Updates and contact

We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide notice of material changes where required. For privacy questions or support, contact Kizuna Collective LLC at support@kizunacollective.co.
