Blob

Terms of Use

Effective October 27, 2026 • Current development build

1. These terms and the operator

These terms cover the Blob game provided by Kizuna Collective LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States. Contact support@kizunacollective.co for game or purchase support. The Privacy Policy explains information practices.

Where enforceable, using Blob means agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the game. A parent or legal guardian must approve a minor’s use where required and authorize purchases. These terms do not replace required parental privacy consent. The current build has prototype store and ad features; real-money billing and production ads are not yet connected.

2. All-ages play

Blob is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed or marketed to children. This does not remove protections that apply when children use the app. Child-safe, non-personalized advertising is the intended default for everyone. Parents should supervise children’s play and manage device purchase controls. Children must ask a parent or guardian before making purchases. You do not need to buy items to accept these terms or to obtain privacy rights.

3. Permission to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Blob for your own entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable platform rules. We or our licensors own the game, art, music, code and related intellectual property. You may not copy or redistribute the game, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate purchase receipts, interfere with services or use cheats in ranked features. Exceptions and rights allowed by applicable law remain available.

4. Optional purchases

When production billing launches, Blob may offer coin and gem packs, cosmetic characters and accessories, bundles, consumable item charges and time-limited item passes. The purchase screen and platform checkout must show the price, contents and duration before purchase. Store-displayed prices and taxes apply. RevenueCat is the selected purchase-management service; Apple or Google handles platform checkout. Paid purchases are optional and require authorization through the relevant store.

Time-limited passes provide only the stated benefits for the stated duration. They do not automatically renew unless a separately disclosed subscription is introduced and you expressly subscribe. No recurring subscription is currently offered. Any future subscription requires its own clear billing, renewal and cancellation disclosures.

5. Virtual items and rewards

Coins, gems, cosmetics and other virtual items are licensed for use inside Blob. They are not money, have no cash redemption value and cannot be sold or transferred outside supported game features. Consumables are used up when spent. Time-limited items expire according to the offer shown when purchased. Purchased in-game currency must not be assigned an expiry contrary to platform rules or applicable law.

We may balance gameplay and change future offers. Changes do not override mandatory consumer rights or remedies for purchases already made. We will not describe an item as permanent or unlimited beyond its actual advertised scope.

6. Refunds, restoration and problems

Purchases are processed by the app store. Use the store’s refund process or contact support@kizunacollective.co with the product and transaction reference. Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law and platform policies; these terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or remove your rights for defective or undelivered purchases.

Eligible non-consumable purchases may be restored through the supported store process. Consumed currency and used items are not generally restored through the store’s standard restore function; any separate purchase ledger or recovery service must be described when available. Cross-platform transfer is available only if expressly supported. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the corresponding unused benefit may be removed as permitted by law. Contact support about missing purchases before resetting or uninstalling.

7. Optional ads

Planned Google AdMob rewarded ads are opt-in and non-personalized for every player. They must use child-directed protections and age-appropriate content before they are enabled. The offer must state the reward, any coin cost and any required number of ads before you start. Rewards are granted after the provider confirms that the reward conditions were completed. Closing an ad early may not earn the reward. Ads may be unavailable because of connectivity, consent settings or provider availability. We do not guarantee unlimited ads. If you meet the disclosed requirements but do not receive a reward, contact support. Advertising data practices are covered by the Privacy Policy. Ad availability never overrides children’s privacy protections.

8. Saves and online features

The current game saves locally. Resetting progress, clearing app data, uninstalling or changing devices can remove progress and inventory. Device backups are controlled by the platform. No Blob player accounts or cloud saves are planned for launch. Live leaderboards are planned but currently show sample rankings. Once enabled, leaderboards will display generated names and game results, with no player messaging or contact features. Locally typed nicknames must not be published. Submission requires appropriate children’s privacy protections and any legally required parental consent; offline play remains available without submission. The current normal player configuration does not transmit optional gameplay analytics or third-party crash reports. Internal synthetic diagnostics testing is separate from production reporting; disclosures must be updated before materially different production reporting is enabled. Purchase, ad and leaderboard services may still process operational data described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Updates and availability

We may update the game, fix errors and modify features. We will give notice of material changes or service closure where required and respect applicable remedies for paid content. Our goal is worldwide availability where permitted by law and supported by the app stores and service providers. We may limit distribution or particular features in regions where required approvals or protections are not available. Network-dependent features may be interrupted. Nothing here excuses failure to deliver a purchase or removes mandatory quality guarantees.

10. Fair use and access restrictions

We may restrict access to connected features for serious misuse, fraud or unlawful conduct, proportionate to the issue and subject to applicable law. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a support route to challenge mistakes. Purchases and balances remain subject to applicable consumer protections.

11. Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided on an available basis without additional promises beyond those stated in the purchase offer or required by law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, negligence causing death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer warranties, refund rights and other protections remain intact. We do not require players to indemnify us or waive collective remedies in these terms.

12. Platform terms and disputes

Apple App Store or Google Play terms also apply to downloads and purchases through those platforms. Where Apple’s standard software license applies to an iOS download, it governs the software license alongside these service terms. These terms do not create a separate custom Apple EULA.

Contact support@kizunacollective.co first to try to resolve a dispute. You retain rights to use courts and regulators available under applicable law. Kizuna Collective LLC is based in Wyoming, United States. These terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. No exclusive forum or mandatory arbitration is imposed. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms still apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We will publish updated terms with an effective date and provide notice of material changes as required. If a change requires agreement, we will request it appropriately. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights. Parents or guardians should review material changes for children in their care.
